Graft is a training app for functional fitness. EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata, For Time, intervals, progressive strength work — you build the structure, and the app runs it with you.

Start from a format and fill in the work. Rounds, work and rest windows, time caps, sets and reps, weights, bands, distances, calories. Group movements into supersets and complexes. String blocks together into a full session with rest between them — the way a session is written on a whiteboard, not the way a form wants it.
A live screen that keeps up with the workout instead of making you keep up with it. Round-by-round intervals with work and rest windows. Self-paced AMRAPs against a cap. Strength sets with rest timers between them. Individual movements inside a complex get their own timer, so a 40-second hold is measured rather than assumed.
Graft records what you did, not what you were told to do. Change a weight mid-set and that is what is logged. Cut a hold short and it records the seconds you held. Rest that ran long is recorded as the rest you took. Your history is a record, not a wish.
Pairs with any standard Bluetooth heart rate strap. Live BPM while you work, with the session's average and peak on the summary afterwards.
This is not a policy that could be reversed in an update. It is how the app is built:
